Export File

• Click on Exports on the top navigational bar.

• Click on the form from the tree on the left. All the exports of that form will appear in the tree.

• Select the export you want to generate.

• Click on Export from the sub-navigational bar at the top.

• The Export file will be generated.

• Save the file on your system or floppy by clicking on "Save As" from the "File" menu.

 Export above if in HTML format as it is displayed in an Internet Browser. To See the file in a text format, click on "View"  from your internet browser's menu and select source.  You will see the text in a notepad as below

You can save the notepad file above as a CSV file on your desktop and open in Excel to see the data lined up in respective columns as shown below.

You can also use Ioxphere Scheduler to send yourself a CSV, or XML data file via Email or FTP.
