Professional Background 
     My professional career can be termed as a bit aggressive, as I have had four different employers in the past four years.  I started my professional career in 1998 with Clarity Consulting in Chicago. They are a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, and are primarily focused on client/server and web development using Microsoft technologies.  I worked with a couple of high profile B2C dot com clients such as Art.com, etc.  Being an e-consultant 3-4 years ago was the most desirable thing for any IT professional.
     I worked at Clarity for a year and half and then moved on to Technology Solutions Company in May of 1999. At TSC, I was among the few who founded the Commerce One practice, which was one of the biggest names in the B2B arena a couple of years back.  I worked with multiple clients across the US, and technologically enabled eProcurement processes and integrated it with their ERP backbone.  After another year and a half, I could not resist an offer from Deloitte Consulting, who had just started its
