Wizards and template libraries allow users to create online
forms for surveys, tests, inquiries, feedback, registration, subscriptions,
rebates, applications, help requests, and checklists.
This saves users from incurring programming costs that are
normally associated with creating survey tools and databases.
The forms may then be published to the user’s Web site or Intranet.

Ioxphere’s
form wizard does not require the subscriber to know html or xml coding,
thus eliminating the need to pay a computer programmer to accomplish
the same thing. There
is no software to download or purchase; customers may subscribe to
the online service for any length of time.
Because all work is performed via the Internet, Ioxphere’s
only requirement is a Web browser.
- Seamless
integration. Subscribers begin creating a form by entering
text for the questions or information fields in which the form wizard
allows for a myriad of questions and answers. Ioxphere also provides seamless integration with users’ Web
sites as it allows users to easily add logos, photos, icons, illustrations,
navigation buttons, colors and other graphics.
People responding to the form or survey will never know that
it is not an original part of the
Web site.
- Results-oriented. Subscribers
can immediately access the results of their surveys or forms in addition
to viewing information gathered during the course of a subscription.
Results of the survey or form are stored in a password-protected
database on a secured server, and available for the user’s online
reference at any time during the subscription period.
Data may also be extracted and loaded into the subscriber’s
in-house database or downloaded to a word processing/ spreadsheet
program with ease. If needed, custom integration is available for most systems
and enterprise level software.
