(pg.

take
the form of multiple choice, true/false, yes/no, rating scales, or text
boxes.
Ioxphere then
allows the subscriber to customize and personalize the look of the form
by adding logos, images, colors, backgrounds, and type fonts.
Welcome and exit pages and navigation buttons also can be customized.
"The graphic possibilities are endless, which allows the
form's creator to make it look exactly like the rest of the organization's
Web site," Bakar explained.
"People responding to the form or survey will never know
that it is not an original part of the Web site."
Results of
the survey or form are stored in a password-protected database on a
secured server and available for the user's online reference at any
time. Reports can be generated
and delivered automatically to the subscriber at any rate of frequency
requested - hourly, daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly.
Respondent data may be shown using tables, graphs, diagrams,
or charts.
The response
data remains in the subscriber's unique, password-protected database
as long as the subscriber is current.
Data also may be extracted and loaded into the subscriber's in-house
database, or downloaded to a word processing or spreadsheet program.
"Here
again, Ioxphere's customization is apparent," said Bakar.
"Not only can the subscriber view results in real time,
but over a period of subscribership, he or she can understand trends,
track changes and make comparisons."
