• Subscribers begin creating a form by entering text for the questions or information fields in which the form wizard allows for a myriad of questions and answers.

• Subscribers can immediately access the results of their surveys or forms in addition to viewing information gathered during the course of a subscription.  Results of their surveys or forms are stored in a password-protected database on a secured server, and available for the user’s online reference at any time during the subscription period.
