How current is the
data?
The surveys are continually updated as organizations elect to
participate. Survey results are reviewed quarterly to validate the
integrity of the data. Data is valid for up to 24 months, although
participants are requested to update their responses after 12
months.
Can I see the results for a
specific participant?
All survey results are
aggregated. The Standard Report aggregates all participants.
Customized Reports, for clients wishing to view a subgroup of
participants, aggregate the results for the subset of participants.

What are the limitations as to
the number of respondents that are included in customized
reports?
Customized reports require at
least five respondents to have met the filter criteria in order to dispaly
the results. If the minimum number of respondents is not met, the system
will notify you. If the minimum number is met, the respondents will be listed
for your review.
Can I filter on a question
that is not currently part of the filter criteria?

What if I have a question that
isn't addressed in the survey?
Participants may submit general topics or specific
questions to be included or excluded for consideration at the end of each
survey. Additionally, you may use Contact
Us
to
submit suggestions at any time.
What if I manage domestic relocation for multiple
organizations?
You may participate in the survey
for all organizations. The system does not use cookies to recognize
participants; therefore, you may enter policy and cost information for mulitiple
parties from the same computer.
